We currently ship to the United States, the European Union, and select additional European countries.

Processing Times

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM local warehouse time may be processed the next business day.

Estimated Delivery

• USA: 3–7 business days for standard shipping; expedited options may be available at checkout.
• EU: 5–10 business days depending on destination; remote areas may take longer.

Shipping Fees

Actual shipping charges are shown at checkout based on destination, weight, and selected method.

Duties & Taxes

• USA: Sales tax may apply depending on your shipping address.
• EU/Europe: VAT and/or duties may be collected at checkout or upon delivery depending on the destination and carrier terms.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.

When available, we provide tracking details via email after dispatch.

Lost/Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date or receipt. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve.
