Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be in original condition, with all packaging and accessories. For hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., skincare, cosmetics), items must be unopened and unused unless defective.

Email hello@medicube.us with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason. We will reply with next steps.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank or provider.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.

If you need a different item or variant, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
